“BVL’s Best” Awarded at USBC Convention

The top five states, along with the top five local associations, contributing to Bowlers to Veterans Link (BVL) during the 2007-2008 league season were recognized for their efforts during the annual USBC convention held recently in Reno, Nev. The awards were part of the BVL presentation delivered by Board Chair Darlene Baker.

""

Baker thanked all associations which participated in the annual campaign. “The mission to support America’s service men and women depends on all of us,” Baker commented. “BVL is bowling’s oldest and most successful charity, but we can’t meet our goals without the strong leadership of our associations.”

Continued Baker, “We are very fortunate to have hundreds of associations supporting our cause; and our top contributors – ‘BVL’s Best’ – are truly exceptional.”
